Theresa May's goose must be cooked by now. Trump has just worked out a deal with Juncker in what a few months of tariff threats? Theresa May has agreed sweet FA in two years.

How incompetent and downright treacherous does our PM have to be before her party decided she has to go? At the very least the marginal seats must be thinking they're on their way out at the next general election. If they're gambling on things changing big time before the next election I think they've overlooked the reputational damage done to the Conservatives.

Isn't this the amendment Jacob Rees Mogg tabled, where it effectively meant all the other 27 members states would have to collect Tariffs on behalf of the UK in order to comply with HMRC law?

So basically if the UK collects tariffs, the other 27 member states need to do the same in order to make it legal. Jacob Rees Mogg, whilst I think he's wrong for saying he supports Theresa May, he has been quite clever about this.

hahaha I'm struggling to find words to describe how desperate these remainers are. The EU has been consistently stating it would respond in kind to any tariffs imposed by the USA.

Literally last week Trump announced he was willing to put 20% to 25% tariffs on German cars, and bang the very next week Juncker who is not known for backing down on anything turns up and makes a deal with Trump.

But the remainers dress that up as the EU winning. It's actually very cringe worthy hahaha

If we had a leader with a strong set of stones, we could have Hard Brexited long ago and made a deal with Trump to tag team the EU with Tariffs and created massive leverage for both our countries. Whilst simultaneously ramping up trade deals with the USA (Worlds biggest economy).

Can you imagine if the UK (worlds 5th biggest economy) actually did hard Brexit and put tariffs on German cars, whilst the USA (worlds biggest economy) lumped 20 to 25% tariffs on German cars...

That would take a massive chunk out of the German car industry. It's funny how the EU was acting tough saying they will increase tariffs when the USA did it... but almost immediately after Trump announced 20% to 25% tariffs on German cars... Juncker who is normally a very stubborn and arrogant man turns up in America to make a deal to prevent an all out trade war.

100% that is solid evidence what Trump is doing is working, and the EU have caved in.

The German market is up. FTSE and US markets are flat. The market obviously thought Germany was going to come off worse in a US/EU trade war. And I see why.

Very good show tonight, went into detail on the Pakistani grooming gangs in defense of MP Sarah Champion who has received death threats from the Far Left (AKA the real fascists) and radical Muslims. She has now been given increased security. I have a lot of respect for Sarah Champion, a women of great courage and principle.

Here we go again. JayFax is making economic arguments when most leave voters voted out because they are sick of crazy amounts of immigration and sick of most of the news laws affecting the UK being made in Brussels.

We've been down that road before. It doesn't matter what economic argument you make, I consider sovereignty and not letting half the world into the UK more important.
