Just catching up on today's posts and thought this post raised an interesting question. Should all of us small PIs take more interest in our investments, question if the BoD really are working for and look to connect with others on the BBs to create shareholder groups where we can pursue our own objectives at shareholder meetings and in any votes. Putting this into the context of BHR, if PIs hold 70% of shares why haven't we long since sought to vote out the BoD and taken control of our investment. I have just over 1.1m shares, all voted no by proxy for tomorrow.
