From previous RNS, 6th March, company put in final comments, 12th April, government hadn't completed review of the evidence and couldn't say when they would (this comment gives the impression they had, at least, commenced, although, this might be questionable, given the lack of anything since). So, moving to the present, it is now over 4 months since final comments, although, in reality, the government already had the evidence at that date, or the bulk of it, and had done for some time. Anticipating that Kurt is chasing, frankly, there should have been an update by now, even if this simply confirms a continuing government ineptitude.

Yesterday, there was a post to the effect that the previous test limited the amount of oil that could be drawn, think it said 2000 barrels. Is there a similar restriction with this current test period? If not, how much oil might be extracted over 150 days? And, what value might that equate to?

Not how I read it. �416K is gross giving us $500K, which on exchange at circa $1.3/�1 means �32K in 'costs/charges, whatever'. 26% of our holding in JLP now gone and still no explanation for what, exactly.

At the AGM in '16 Kurt was clear that he saw Finland being bigger than Kallak. I'm happy enough to wait on that, with Kallak as added value.

Looking back to the RNS 12th April, the BoD advised 'the Government has yet to complete its review of all documents received, it cannot give a definitive timing for a final decision.' Fair enough but are they keeping the BoD updated on progress, or if not, are the BoD chasing for this. Would like to see regular updates on this.

At the AGM 2016, AB/JH stated they would beg, borrow or (figuratively) steal to complete the plant by the end of that year. We all know what has happened since, but if it was simply a question of funds, why not just be honest with shareholders, explain what was needed and pursue this via an open offer, using the funds raised to complete the plant. Had they done so then, the company would be producing now and earning.

Agreed. Straightforward. Decision should have been left with the Government 1st time around.

The company have satisfied all of the necessary requirements. The reason for the referral back to the Government was for them to determine if the rights of the Sami, arising from their being indigenous, trumped all else, regardless. Despite the time elapsed, both the facts and the question remain the same: and will remain so no matter how many times this is kicked around or how many opportunities are afforded for the various parties involved to comment.

If there were a buyer, wouldn't any offer have to go to a vote. Might we not all club together and offer slightly more.

Was there a meeting - does anyone know?
