I have decided to hold so it's fingers crossed that the agreement, etc., is all sorted out soon.

Meanwhile, I have had to vote on the AGM without this. Not a position GR should have put shareholders in.

GR has created a bit of a quandary for me in relation to voting on the 2 resolutions put forward. My shares are held through a broker, so I will need to give them timely instructions as to how I want to vote. Therefore, in the absence of news 1st thing next week, what to do. Trust GR to deliver as promised, or assume he will disappoint again and vote against re-instating him.

Just viewed webinar, GR doesn't mention Canmax at all in relation to funding/placings let alone that he asked them and was refused.

I often think GR could/should do something but he doesn't. In relation to Canmax, I haven't seen anything to say he had asked them. I will now see if I can locate the webinar.

Several recent posts state GR asked Canmax for money and they refused but I can't see anything official confirming this.

Serious question, why are some posters assuming GR asked Canmax for money?

Strangely titled Zulu Update. Surely, that is what the RNS was.

Would be good if GR could give some useful details, say, the expected date for 1st shipment and that it will be SC6.

It would be good to know what penalty clauses were included in our contract with Stark. Issues/delays appear to be down to them but we lose as a result.

That's the back-stop for first production/supply commencement. I'll try not to panic until then.

Moving just over 676K shares. Not the amount that bothered me, just could have done better if I hadn't gone Bed & ISA.

Did a Bed & Isa between my AJ Bell accounts. £9.95 to sell then lost £43.80 worth buying back. Seriously disappointed. Could have just sold, transferred the cash between accounts then bought back and it would have cost me less. Need a massive rise in sp now to improve my mood.

Current sp seems to be at that 3rd Resistance point. When that is broken, where would be the next Resistance point?

Reasonable interest at 31st March, real worry would be missing 31st May.

Nu-Oil and Gas plc is pleased to announce the publication of a prospectus dated 2 December 2021 ("Prospectus"). The Prospectus, which has been approved by the FCA, has been published on the Company's website at https://nu-oilandgas.com/investors/shareholder-information and will also be available at the FCA's Document Storage Mechanism at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .

The Prospectus has been produced in connection with:

· The proposed conditional acquisitions of Guardian Maritime Ltd. and Guardian Barriers IP Ltd., as previously announced by the Company

· The proposed change of name for the combined new entity to Guardian Global Security plc

· A 1 for 40 share consolidation

· A proposed Placing to raise a minimum of £2 million and a maximum of £2.5 million new equity to support the enlarged entity

· Debt Restructuring

· Admission of the Enlarged Issued Share Capital to the Official List (by way of Standard Listing under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules) and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities ("Admission")



Subject to completion of the minimum fundraise, Admission is expected to take place on or around 22 December 2021.

If I understand the scheme correctly, UK holders will get 1 new US Accustem share for each 20 held and US ADS holders will get 1 new US Accustem share for each 10 UK ADS's held (which is equal to 20 UK shares), so fractional entitlements aside, there will be x20 fewer shares but each holder will retain the same proportion as before.

There is an update from mid March on Tri-Star's website.
