It was never a case that some kind of raise wasn't on the table. It's why one manages risk.

In my case, hedged ... I told one or two of my actions some time ago but would never use my actions as a means to belittle others nor elevate myself nor even to win some kind of argument. Its poor form and frankly shows a distinct lack of class.
