I still think if this was listed in the US rather than UK it would be a different story.....

I find this similar to where JD was when it had its drop to close to £1 earlier this year. I bought and sold JD too early. I'm not making the same mistake with this and I'm now in.

Hi folks - relatively new to all . I am interested in acquiring shares in this REIT. I believe the sector will be a great long term investment. However, I've no experience in purchasing REIT's, is there an ongoing fee? How is this different to holding a share in a company say? Sorry I've genuinely tried to research this myself but struggling to get clear answers. I did see an ongoing charge of 1.54% is that correct? And a minimum investment of 25? Is that units/shares?

Glad I got out at a small gain last week. Think the whole retail sector will struggle for the next 12-18 months at a minimum. Hugo Boss and Footlocker results say a lot. GLA.
