I am wondering about JB’s actual plan. He does not strike me as someone who loses , yet he comfortably lost the vote whilst holding no shares. Had he bought back after selling he would probably have won the vote

So did he want to win it or simply play out a scenario where he persuaded pi’s to buy his shares and maintain a higher sp than if he had not

The plan to buy back up to 20p seemed overly complicated - should it not of been simply - if I win the vote - that would probably have got him more votes

And bearing In mind how many votes he had -after losing the vote he could off started buying - helping the pi’s who helped him by moving the sp and then had another go getting on the board

Instead he appears to be walking away because that is what shareholders voted for. But he must realise the vast majority of pi’s votes for him and the II’s presumably did not

Sorry for being cynical but I am questioning whether his plan all along had been to lose the vote editing the company with a higher sp than he would have achieved if it was not for all of us.

I think the question is, did JB's assosciates buy shares when he was selling them to support the price and give him extra votes. And if they did and have stopped now, this might explain the subsequent drop. It would presumably encourage shareholders to vote for him, if the price is as far from 20p as possible because of the increased upside, so the slide in the price might suit him.

No idea what is actually hapening in the background but how does the price hold relatively well for the last few weeks of daily 1% selling only to drop once he's out.

I would say that there have been many deals agreed with govt' around the world for vaccines that are still in testing and have not even been proven to work yet.

During the POC partners could be brought in and manufacturing deals can be agreed in principle (if the POC proves it works) allowing production to start sooner rather than later. This is clearly time critical and if the govt want to test millions of poeple a day there will prbably have to buy from many companies, but manufacturers with the facilities to mass produce the tests might be limited, so its obviously key.

Talking to partners behind close doors does not make sense to me, they should be telling that this is happening, and making it clear that if and when the POC works what the next steps will be.

Looking at this share, and the lack of interest, it is difficult to see how they could be a contender for a big govt./any other contract. Does anyone know how many other companies are developing 15 min or less tests and whether they are more progressed in their development? Clearly there is going to be a global need for these tests, I think I was hoping for more RNS's saying they are talking to different companies/taking orders from companies, should the test succeed.

The differenc between 5 and 15 min is huge when you consider travel, entry to bars/restaurants/theatre etc.

Also does anyone know if they have the ability to mass produce tests or would they need to sign a deal with a manufacturer?

You first of all need to be an FCA approved person which JB already is:

I guess because Amigo loans is over a cerrtain size, FCA need to approve the appointment, but to be clear, the FCA would have to have a very good reason not to approve him - its not like an interview - its a process so demonstrate the FCA have considered an appointment and have seen JB's CV - ensured he is a fit and proper person (which they already have) etc.

In other words, whilst I can see plenty of risk with this share, the FCA appoving JB to be CEO is not a major part of this risk, so slightly surprised to read the RNS this morning.

OK thanks for the advice, have read through a few blogs, creating buy orders and sell orders to that value makes for an interesting read. Is there any risk that the buy order is to encourage buys so the SP holds for the 1% sell off per day? Sorry seen blogs like this before where you feel minimal risk, and then an RNS comes out and everything changes...

Is JB to be trusted?

New to this board, can someone please tell me why such a huge stake in this company is being sold, where there seems to be so much potential and the share appears undervalued? Apologies I am sure if I read all the posts I will find out.

This is AIM buys are often the result of news being leaked rather than what the rns says could the one month extension rather than say 3 months be because a meeting has been lined and approval is anticipated sooner than the 30th??

This has all the makings of a larger investor selling, and once they have sold the proce will have a chance to move up (assuming there ane enough buyers!). This morning was an ideal oppotunity for the large investor to sell @ 5p + and pull the price back down. If this is the case when the seller(s) has sold, the price should move back up freely. Looking @L2 this monring, it looked as if the MM's were pulling the price back until automated trades kicked in, forcing it further down.

After quite a few years - quick question, why are there so many sells going through when this is close to an all time low? Is there a fund/large shareholder reducing/closing its position? Apologies, bought yesterday and again just now, and I am am surprised so many sells are bringing the price back down so qucikly. Thanks

That late reported sale was mine - 10 years out for break even - might get back in but could not risk another drop as I needed the money for a property investment

These emails are really pointless, you have clearly become obbessed with the downfall of AB and RRR but their are real and genuine investors who are looking for constructive positives and negatives to make investment desicions so please make your post constructives or move onto another board. I have no problem with you picking on the negatives of RRR I have invested here for 10 years and am only too aware of them, but just be rounded.

Went up too quickly this morning, but how quickly it moved on not much volume, suggests MM's low on shares.. If we get some good news and a surge of buys, pretty confident this will move up quickly

Interesting trades - in the last hour over £35K Buys go through ... ADVFN friends and all expecting 0.5p placing (20% higher to where MrMagic thought we'd be lat week), yet others buying their heads off.. you could not make it up....

You're right MrMagic posting on these baords is pointless, I have not done it for years, I have no idea what will happen next or whether the sp is about to crumble, but all the signs fro me, are RRR have convinved alot of investors to be on market and thats whats fueling the SP. I am sure it will drop at some point,I hope I have sold by then!

Also worth adding, my $95M comes from Dec when the gold price was 30% lower than current prices

MrMagic, if there is dilution, is does not have to be at a discount to the current price, in fact it could be @ a premium bearing in midnd todays news.

Plus: Life of mine revenue from gold sales is estimated at US$95 million and the capital cost is $3 million recoverable within the first six months of operation

If these figures are accurate finding a farm in partner who is happy to pay far in excess of $2.5M and the $3M capital required does not sound difficot for perceived income of $9.5M for 10 years! Although I grant any mining license will come with high royalisties to the govt.

If they pull this off the SP will surely fly.

I think he own 6% of the company and he cannot be far of retirement age. You do wonder whether it now more than ever suits him to do everything he can to drive the price up in order for him to close of some of his position for a worthwhile amount.
