I think the question remains as to whether it is right to make a complaint to the FCA. I really do think they will be interested in his trades and I also think if it is not brought to their attention it might not get on their radar. Anyone else have an opinion? MT must of known the companies financial position when he sold his 9M shares just before the announcement that has caused them to drop form 2.75p to 1p. I know it is possible he did not but as CEO of the company 6 weeks earlier, how could he not know??

Lets tell MT we are voting with the BOD. He will then be forced to buy more, we then all sell into the spike and this company can F.ck right off!!!

Quite probably - what neither of them are saying is what value BOS has without CD. MT does not want dilution because it will massively dilute his holding (and mine), he wants CD sold probably to him, and the current BOD clearly have investors wanting to invest, but is that because they want CD or because they see value in BOS??? No one is saying anything about sales!!!!!

Does he want to buy the Call Design asset on the cheap, or does he believe the company with additional funding can generate enough sales to make it profitable and rerate? If his intentions are good for all shareholders - then he should continue to support BOS through this period - people are not getting paid which will lead to the break up of the company - then sell the CD to pay debts and refinance company without dilution. Question is if 40% of Call design is worth over �2M, 60% will be worth over �3M and BOS have the right to buy it for a fraction of that cost. This makes it interesting to investors - invest 32M in BOs, sort out debts, but the other 60% of Call Design - and sell it for �5M plus making �3M... sort of deal. Of course if CD is worthless so is BOS probably. A little clearer, not much though. If the ship was really nearly sunk, would anyone be fighting over it. Here's hoping!

I think around that price - however interesting thought, if MT believes in the company and partakes in a placing at .75p, although massive dilution he's just averaged down - maybe using the shares he sold at 2.75p. If he believes in the company and someone else wins the placement at .75p that's bad for him because his holding is massively diluted. If he does not believe in the company he will not want to spend any more money so will be happy for the latter. However if the board are trying to get the best value for shareholders (a concept we know the board have not been interested in before!), by finding outside investment they could force MT to dilute at a higher price than if no one else had any interest. This becomes a harder decision for MT, which he why he could want the extra security of CD. I have absolutely no idea, and we still do not know revenues or burn rate but the RNS's are reading like some games are going on.

How the 2 most funadmental questions we want to know are being hidden from us: Monthly burn rate Revenue Instead we are told about invoices not yet received with no mention of revenue, and are told the overall financial state of the company, yet we know for instance revenue should be growing and we spent �280K on Call design, and lots of staff seem to have been let go. I know we sold the copper asset as well, but simple fact is we as PI's cannot fully understand the financial health of the company without this information. We are surely generating revenue from Call design. I assume we are, of so how much? I think the FCA need to be contacted if we do not get better information quickly. This still stinks.

Are you talking to him. I would be happy to hold if I could see more evidence that the company is worth supporting.

A really stupidly worded rns. The company should never of got to this position, no mention of revenue and there must be some, talking about undeceived invoices is very unusual as there must be revenues to offset this MT would of known this before he sold his shares, makes no sense. Every descion I make is based on cash flow and can I afford it, so irresponsible to get to this position.

Hate to say it, but it looks like another big sale going through at under 2p. Only making that comment because you would expect so many sales to put the price back to 2p but that does not seem to be happening. Heh, MT has just bought 1M shares at 16p, so why not sell 5M for 1.75p, that will solve the mystery (not!) Struggle to see how good news could be forthcoming so soon after bad news, unless its related to Call Design. So the only current mystery is who would want to buy with such uncertainty., proper gamblers or those who know more than us. Hopefully the latter.

FWIW - and I am not endorsing their product as they are probably shit, but you would sell these platforms at trade fairs, probably HR trade fairs, of which they are quite a few. You pitch up at the NEC, offer some nice roses or Quality streets, maybe an Iphone charger or pretty looking pen, people walk in to your stand, you demo the software, tell them why it will save them money in the long run, and if by any chance they like it, they leave their card, you follow up, make the pitch win the business, company flourishes as monthly subscriptions grow exponentially. I have no idea what is going on, but MT has sold shares to 3rd parties for 9p, sold 9m of his shares at 2.75p and converted about �300K for 16p. All this in the last 6 or so weeks, and during that period we have been told the company has financial difficulties and might need to raise finance. MT resigns for personal reasons in September, and last week issues a section 249 demanding he returns as Interim CEO, some guy called Adam is sacked, financial reporting is supplied quarterly up to �50M Mcap (LOL), and some other bits. In the meantime Call Design is apparently floating on the ASX and is owned 40% by BOSGLOBAL The SP has dropped from 20p to 1.5p and most of us have accepted we have lost most or all of our investment. The question is, what happens next... TBC

He's converted! WTF! Not a clue !

He converted the last lot mid October which is 4 weeks ago, why did he do that? I cannot believe he was clueless as to the situation one month on

If we do go under mt has To lose I think, he�s converted all his loans bar 1 into Stock. Not entirely sure why although I am sure there is a reason. Any thoughts on how h can profit on the company failing

He resigned 6 weeks ago Festor, since then he has sold most of his holding during what was surely a closed period for directors. 3 days after he sells we get the rns, and now he wants to comeback. He surely left to sell his holdings and now is coming back to try and save the company or maybe dilute at under 1p I do hope not I have a lot of shares but I cannot being myself to say anything positive at the moment

Means nothing right now, that number could be 500 million. If the software sells it�s all change but it seems as if the bos plan have given them only a month to make the sales. That�s the daft thing, you do not spend years developing and then have a biz plan to make sales in a month or so to cover all overheads. This is why I think it�s a big con. My problem is I just do not understand, but for sure MT would of known what was going on which was why he sold so many at 2.75p. But how he persuaded the companies he did to buy at 9p I really have no idea. The point I have made many times here, is how could things have turned so quickly. We did not have radio silence for 6 months, 6 weeks ago all seemed to be ticking over nicely. It is a serious sad riddle. He gives up control, 6 weeks later we are told they are not generating enough revenue - even though one assumes sales are being made and large sales could be in the pipeline, and then there is an RNS saying that MT and another shareholder are making demanded inferring they had no idea how the company was being run. Errr MT you were running it up to 6 weeks ago... Seriously unless I have lost the plot, the DJ family wanted funding, so they floated on aim, we funded them based on the support the company was getting from the drawdowns - now the funding we have given them has gone, the funding MT has given them has gone, and we have ended up with a bunch of cloud based platforms, that even sales enquirers are being ignored.

What I cannot get my head around is how you can sell shares at 9p a share 6 weeks before last weeks announcement, Cashflow issues occur over many months not weeks. If these people and entities are real, how could they have agreed to buy these shares. I mean they must be real don't they?? And they would have performed DD before buying, BTW they bought a really significant amount of shares. This is the bit that simply does not add up. The problem is of course, no one is saying anything now, it is looking like this has been one big scam, with MT giving confidence to PI's and then suddenly announcing that they have not made many sales - they have not actually given us any sales data, crazy situ, and unfortunately I feel I have been well and truly taken to the cleaners.

Unless he funds the compan, but I guess he has probably lost quite a bit already. If the entities that bought his shares at 9p really did buy them at 9p only a few weeks ago they must be absolutely fuming right now. Saying that, I cannot find anything about them online, and they are not mentioned in the RNS today, so who exactly are they and why do they seem to be unconcerned about beinfg 80% down on a 6 figure investment. Nothing adding up here, except it's all pretty shit
