Am I missing something, the company has just borrowed to buy 3Trillion shares - why would they do that - it seems a strange thing to do - not sure if its good that the company is borrowing to buy more shares or bad because of the issuing of so many more shares - must be lots of reasons why this is a bad thing and maybe some that this is a good thing.... Is there a dispute going on with one of the equity providers?? No clue but news is news and just rying to process it.

Did the company doing the placing @ .02p get stictched up - hugely down on that now - unusual for that to happen (as in a placing go sour so quickly) meaning either they did not expect the duster of there is good news to come - either way crap day for all holders - apart from YA perhaps - cannotw work it out but assuming they will make money out of this? GLA

ITs a hard one to interprete, could be because good news is on the way and they need to reduce the no of shares in order to raise funds, or could be because they think things are gong to go bad and so need to find the lenders of last resort again - only director buys at the current prices will give us any true confidence. I dont think they have any LTIP's on the SP and very little skin in the game and until that changes they are not incentivsed to act in our best interests... So if you are going to send an RNS saying there is huge upside and potential with this company, the next one should say directors have purchased shares.. probably closed period because of Turkey but probably not after that - come on directors - hand in pocket time - it will surely help you get this vote over the line and you must allign with shareholders to stop being considered a lifestyle company for the directors.

£!0K buys on a disastrous up to now share is a positive signal - and high net worth indiviuals are exactly the type to make such a punt - possibly not on any knowledge but HNW don't become so by make a huge investment on a totall speculative share.... big sign for me is we desperately need director buys

Surely we should see some director buys now - with such a confident reason for a placing- Sanderson needs to buy a decent chunk of shares - to restore at least a little bit of faith...

We knew they had sourced a big drill ? I did not know this - it was news to me. Yes slow coming, and yes not leading to an immediate drill but certainly news to me. Not sure if you are able to find news I cannot but this is exciting news surely and suddenly Turkey is back in play?

Disagree - the RNS is hopefully going to be the first of a string of RNS's which leads to the outcome of the drill - whatever that might be. The possible outcome of finding a lot of light oil should be enough to get people invested and the price to rise - assuming YA don't want the price to stay low.

Big price rise today - must of been a leak earlier this week with the death spiraller, pushing the price back down yesterday - I really don't care about the below comments - it's all about being able to return on your investment

OK I didn't I actually bought at double the current price, but I am feeling an RNS has to be released soon - might be negative if they are scrapping Turkey but if they give a positive update the price will move up from its current levels - problem is with no updates so far it might well be negative ...... who knows, one thing I can tell you is, they are a bunch of miserable, arrogant people - which is why going to the lender of last resorts to pay their bonus's must of been so easy for them... another horrible AIM story here......

Is this related to the finance company trying to drop the price to impact the VWAP ? It looks like there is one large seller wiping out all the buys an keep the price at these levels?

Looking interesting, MM's loading the sell price @0.72 and the buy price @ .82 so could be quite a big up swing with a few more buys if anyone is interested.
