And now someone just bought 300K (well 2 sales of about 250K). Someone wants to sell and someone else wants to buy, to that much money I know, lets hope the buyers in the know and sellers in the dark :)

Its been hard to buy and sell up to today, not sure why MM's are now allowing trades to flow. Maybe a big seller so they dropped the prices to encourage buys to meet the sell, or maybe they purposely made the market pretty illiquid for reason we are not supposed to understand - and now they are doing the reverse?? Does this mean news is on the way? No idea. Is it nice to see a sea of blue on L2 yes, be nice to see a few more tick up today but I doubt it!

Or lack of the ability to buy?? At these levels it is hard to buy many shares. If we do get good news the share will restate very easily. If we get bad news likewise I imagine, last years accounts will probably not look good so I assume they might Ben holding them back, hoping for some positive news on call design valuation or orders!

Mr Will Giles notified the Company on 21st September 2017 that he had acquired 3,000,000 BOS Shares at a price of �0.09 per BOS Share in an off-market transaction on 19th September 2017, for a total holding of 5,000,000 BOS Shares (representing 6.39% of the total BOS Shares on issue); and

I do not know what shares he is selling - clearly related to the RTO. However, he seems to have persuaded several different people to buy shares @9p - surely they will be expecting a ROI??? How can this be anything than good?? I ask the question genuinely because I am invested here, and if I am missing something I'd appreciate other posers comments. Why would someone by shares at9p if they were not confident??

The reason I am here, is if Travia is converting at 16p, taking options at 20p and selling shares to his mates for 9p, there does not seem any logical reason why he would do that unless he has entire confidence in the ability of this company to generate revenue and for the sp to rise. I know there could be something dodge to the detriment of us PI's happening in the background, but I have not really seen this before. Yes buying just above the sp to support it, but not buying and converting at a 400% premium. It makes no sense unless he is confident the sp will rise well above 16p. IMHO.

The shares are owned by the travia's not available to buy. It's dilution at 16p a share. Most companies I know would dilute at 3p and the price would drop to 3p. This one dilutes tat 16p and ..... nothing .... because no one knows what is going on.... yet

This is the problem - nothing makes sense on this share. Why does MT convert at 16p and then sell at 9.5p. Why resign? Why allow the uncertainly of the future of this share drive it down. Do the buyers have sale information we do not, and if they don't what is making them want to buy in???? Lots of questions no answers, except an overwhelming feeling a hello of alot of people probably know alot more about Bosglobal than we do.

I have been sent one in PDF (shareholders letter from the chairman). Does not really say very much except, Michael left for personal reasons and the company is in very good shape... 6 patented revenue generating products, business as usual, main aim is to build up sales revenues. Not holding back just cannot attach.

Even with the slide in sp we do need more information as to what is happening before painting a doom and gloom or positive picture. Clearly the resignation of a CEO is not what investors want to hear but he has gone to another company 40% owned by BOS so hardly disappeared into the the sunset. BOS floating was a large expensive exercise for MT and I cannot imagine he is sitting back caring less about the current sp. There is clearly a fair amount going on in the background we do not know about, but I think we will know a lot more very soon. Lets hope for some good valuation news on CD and some big orders for BOS. That should change the direction of the sp. Also bear in mind there are better CEO's than MT as well as worse ones, so it will be interesting to see who replaces him. Lots of other scenarios I appreciate, I just do not think things are as bad as posters are painting - lets wait and find out. The volatility of the SP is every time a small investor leaves the party we see a 5% dip which is why we have lost over 30% in a week or so on very little volume.

Move out shareholding at 6p? Are you sure he would want to do that? He must have confidence in bos to convert at 16p. I am amazed the market has not reacted. We need an orders rns. I am confident in this holding and cannot see how someone with such a large share in the company would shaft us without shafting himself

There is an article on mt's profile on linkdn explaining why he stepped down Not sure it says that much except there does not appear to be any sinister reason for this, more about wanting to devote his time to other projects such as call design. He is perhaps taking more of a dragon approach of getting companies working and then moving on to new companies whilst still overseeing existing ones where he has a large investment Let's go back to seeing if they manage to bring in the orders needed to make this profitable

If we are loking at an rto or some other corporate restructuring we could b looking at a long suspension. That's the main negative I can think off

There is clearly something going on and after the last rns i think this will be good not bad. The ex Ceo has just converted a shitload of shares at nearly triple close!!! I know nothing, he knows plenty. I say this has to be a speculative buy and hold.

Could the CD announcement be linked to the resignation. Not sure about ASX rules, but can you be the chairman of a company owned 40% by a company you are the MD off? Or are we about to buy the other 60% of CD and therefor can a Chairman of a company that is owned 100% by a company you are MD of and that your family owns 40% off... I suspect there is more to this than a simple resignation - perhaps I am wrong, lets wait and see

It's been clear as glass for a long time that COC were most likely acting for a third party - they know nothing about the oil biz, or Africa, yet risk Millions of apparently their own money to dislodge the BOD. I have always felt NA or Lukoil (probably NA), used them as a way of gaining control of Bowleven in order to buy the last share probably on the cheap before FID and appraisal wells. If this is the case we likely to see something north of 50p so not a disaster even for LTH's and very good for COC and sth's, but I bought into the share to unlock the Etinde potential as I feel it would of made this share worth several pounds. Whatever.. right now give me 50p and I'd be delighted to f..k off...
