Hi Big Bites - no problem - good luck and fingers crossed and I think PM will need to eat humble pie - you dont make an announcement on the $31m funding and then end up with no money !! IMO thats why the Nomad walked - too much talk and not enough delivery !!

The problem is not the convertible shares it is the funding required to meet commitments such as completing on the funding for existing assets. All in all it does not really matter - if we have no Nomad then this company is toast. We cant sell so stuck where we are. I would suggest that upon de-listing they will out the company into administration, do a pre pack and then it is all over for us. Some might see this as de ramping but as my comments will have no effect on the SP it is simply an opinion !!

We would still own the shares however we would not be able to trade, buy or sell on AIM. The company could re list but would have to show suitable working capital and there would be a significant cost to re list. We could re list on another market but again with costs. The main worry is that should they not raise the required funds to complete purchases of existing assets the company would fail IMO

Why is there a need to eat humble pie? - this is not a competition - my comments are as much speculation as yours - I think they will not get a Nomad and we will de list !!

This will be de-listed for certain, if they had a Nomad we would know by now, not enough time left so if you want to get out it is to late IMO

Orbitor - have listened to your comments with interest before however in fairness things could not be more different now from funding and financing through to licenses and imminent production - get on board as this will hit 10p very soon in my opinion and that is a genuine prediction not a useless ramp !!
