Contrary to what you might think I feel sorry for him, anyone who loses out of this peice of cr4p after what has been promised by the BOD needs some leeway but it is truly difficult in his case to hold any lengthy simpathy - still not going to comment further on the man as it's pretty obvious what place he is in !!

I am still of the opinion that there may already have a low ball offer in place but we should see this pretty soon - probably why they are waiting a few weeks before appointing.

Blue Eyes - the term Blah Blah Blah comes to mind ! It won't make the slightest bit of difference - the liquidation process will proceed normally and any assets available will be sold for the best price, the rest is just waffle - the license will either be transferred to a new owner which will have to be able to demonstrate they have sufficiently deep coffers to develop the field or alternatively the license will be mothballed until poo recovers or sentiment changes. At the price of oil just about any prospect in heavy oil is IMO toxic and there are far better prospects out there at bargain prices already producing!!

Funny you should mention that - anyone stating this was going to the dogs were immediately branded as paid posters, not owning shares, gloating at other investors misfortune, de ramping, and would be stricken by bad Karma. Unfortunately Bob the costs that will be charged by the liquidator will be significant as it is a bit of a dream job for them definitely a seven figure pay day. I really cannot see any surplus to be paid back to the PI's but hey ho. Like CC says the writing was on the wall for everyone to see and the vote NO option was never going to happen because the liquidation route is pretty simple - again I suspect they have buyers already in place and will be lucky if they manage to clear the BH debt.

IMO the BH's are in a race against time they need to sell now - if they don't the license will be pulled, IMO who ever buys this will have to demonstrate that they have the funds to get to production otherwise the license will be snatched. In other words huge discount- also any buyer will ask for a purchase based on renewal of licence

When it became apparent you changed to the crusader saying the BOD must be punished and a No vote was the way forward and it has ended up exactly as the same people have predicted with it going into liquidation with everyone losing everything so well done on all points buddy. I feel sorry for you and many others losing money but you made your bed so you will have to sleep in it. Instead of pursuing posters like CC who has been making the right calls all the way along try some humility instead and try learning from this instead of constantly pointing and blaming others who turned out to be right. Really sorry to see this news but it was pretty inevitable given that the b4st4rd BH's have had the whip hand for months despite the BS from our cr4p BOD. The next interesting document will be the IP report and shareholders will have the right to attend the IP meeting in time. Again despite our disagreements in the past and differences I would and do not wish to see this happening to anyone - Truly a sad day indeed !!

A BOD that has taken a business from 400p to 1p plus. We now rely on petitions or the ability to scratch a pathetic return if any. Putting aside our petty differences what a bloody mess and the end of a truly great opportunity to make a fantastic return ruined by fools
