1. Where did the money go for the generators or where are they? 2. Where is the balance of the money for the data purchased around £1m ? 3. List the actual companies that were in discussions with the BOD. 4. List other assets and values? 5. What date did the BOD take insolvency advise and what was the advice given? I suggest the PI's add to this list so it can be presented PRIOR to the creditors meeting so please feel free to add and expand!!

Folks regardless of our differences of which there are many the ONLY remedy IMO is via the creditors meeting and I can assure you that the BOD remaining or recently resigned will be dreading. They can be called to account via a creditors committee and it is a method to ensure that the appointed IP has to chase up any irregularities. If as we suspect that they have not played with a straight bat then they can really be brought to account. If they have not acted in the best interest of creditors and shareholders they are personally liable and could be struck off as being directors. Upon getting details of any such liquidators appointment we must all attend and I need to buy one share from someone to attend myself. Understand if there has been any collusion between a director and any other investor or financiar to the detriment of any other investor then severe damages would or could be awarded - work it out for yourself. Finally some tit asked why I am still here like the other gosts then please see the above, if you want payback and a chance of some recompense then this is your only chance - think about it !!
