Halo own nothing at the moment so it is an empty offer. they will need to raise further cash probably in the tens of millions to drill which will mean dilution. Milroy bring there own funds and I fail to see what Halo bring on shares in a field they have not as yet concluded or completed a deal with the current owners of the 15%. Why would you back that??

with two parties slugging it out for control of this company and both offering cash and investment to take it forward got to be a good bet for the future and the SP

know that we have had our differences but I am only going by what I see and in a private company scenario we all become little voices and locked in unable to sell - in case I have got this wrong I would welcome your views

no one will get anything IMO - it is not doom and gloom but simple facts. I asked the question months back that what happens in the event that this share is de listed and was suitably shouted down. IMO as a private company the assets could go anywhere with MB pulling the strings and as for any cash in the company you can wave goodbye to that no doubt through management charges through his other companies and repayment of loans etc. Cant see us getting a penny and basically this is a right royal stitch up.

A n AIM re list document is as you say the same as an admission except it is much quicker and much much cheaper it is similar to buying an AIM shell with cash in it which which is something have recently completed on in another project. Whereas an IPO float can take 6 months to a year a re list is around 3 - 6 weeks dependant on lawyers etc.

if the $10m is not paid it most certainly WILL effect the SP. The point is that whether it affects the SP or not is immaterial the main need is for Barski to get off his harris and get a deal done!!
