lights, certainly as far as the financial community are concerned - in particular one past main board member who called the shots for Tenon who is now a self employed "Consultant" I am sure his services are in great demand - LOL. Still I am also sure that JWilliams and WorkerBee who are both self confessed experts in the financial services market are both fighting to carry said "Consultants" bags in his future endeavours to guide the companies he is advising to ultimate glory!!!! - Oh how I wish I retained such "special talents" that those gentlemen must collectively possess!!

Taken from your 28th of March post to me - Phew what a Loony!!! jonjo - I registered on this site JUST BECAUSE you are running your mouth on something you know nothing about. I know many of the partners at Tenon (I am a 15 year veteran of the professional services industry) and I wonder where you are getting your incorrect and slanderous information from. The facts are, RSM have not lost any key staff, in fact they got rid of a bunch of people who do nothing for the organisation, and have consolidated their business model. They have new management and are hiring at the moment and I know that they have recently picked up some high profile hires from the big4 at very senior levels. Clearly you have no idea what you are talking about. If you knew anyone at the firm you would have also heard that the fall in price yesterday was not related to anything at all done by the company or planned by the company - oh wait you dont know anyone at the firm? So you are getting information from...? I think you should take your own advice - try backing up your comments with some facts - or maybe try and get a job in the industry and understand what professional services/consulting firms actually do (sorry though, based on your analysis skills you've shown in this forum, I wouldnt hire you...)

To the management team of Tenon both past and present I wouldn't trust any of you to run a bath let alone run a company and i look forward to bumping into you stacking shelves in the supermarket or stacking the trolley's outside because in this industry both people and investors will not forget or forgive your dismal performance. JWilliams - as for you if I trod on you in the street I would throw away my shoes!! Other than that I hope the current and past staff of Tenon prosper because they certainly did not deserve this and as for the new owners - BT - drop the name tenon because it smells worse than a Turkish wrestlers jock strap!! My problem is with the old board of RSM Tenon not with BJ itself. They were effectively buying turnover when they bought BJ and at a huge premium far in excess of what it was worth. My main problem is having bought the monster the new board could not sell the most expensive asset it now owned because it had become so integrated that it had disappeared amongst the sprawling mess that was RSM Tenon Group. The cost structure of bloated expenditure and interest costs on loans which bought BJ dragged the company down and worst of all the Management team seemed to be telling themselves and anyone else that would listen that because they were the sixth largest in the UK everyone would be ok. The final straw was having ousted the old Management Team when it became apparent that they couldn't count (not a great attribute for an accountancy firm) a new team was put in place to rescue the rescue specialist firm that was Tenon which you really have to smile at, and they failed to do anything of merit other than take fees and award themselves shares. The intervening period whilst the "Rescue" was taking place did nothing but encourage further investment from idiot investors and a gradual erosion of group value. Had the team pushed to sell off as many assets as possible and shrunk the business to a core capable of surviving whilst getting the bank to wake up and take a severe haircut in exchange for equity the shareholders here might still have some value. All in all a pretty poor performance from current and past management of this now defunct company

Whatever it was sold or transferred for you can bet it did better than the £70m Bently Jennison asset did LOL. The problem is that so many jumped ship that I suppose that the company took advantage of realising book debt assets or work in progress which frankly any company in this position would be glad to do. Equally BT will be doing exactly the same but taking on staff and asset book debt and work in progress for an agreed price but either way this does nothing for the shareholders given the admin and pre pack. I think the damage was done with the old team who raised a huge sum on floatation and the spent that and borrowed just under £90m on a spending spree. Lastly if you did not get out with all the signs screaming sell then perhaps you should stay clear of investing although sorry to hear you have lost cash because many on this BB have done the same.

If you used to work for them I would be interested to know your opinion as to why the £70m purchase by the previous half whit management team of BJ is currently valued at £0 and why the "Rescue" team put in we're unable to realise a sale? You would think than such eminent corporate rescue specialists engaged to turnaround the 7th largest accountancy practice in the UK would have been able to get something for BJ - cant really see what they contributed to this fiasco other than line there pockets with fees?

I think during the entire "Rescue" period they only managed to sell off the Tax Division and also get a exceptional one off rebate which was then hailed as an exceptional profit - Ha Ha!!! The lack of action to sell off valued assets plus the draining of talent across the whole of the UK could only have one result and today is proof positive of that. Interesting point regarding the instruction to the lawyers to prepare contracts and legals for a Pre-Pack as you say would love to see the engagement date especially given the last minit rally on the share price not to mention the share bouncing around the 7p mark for weeks - investors must have lost a packet so if the pre pack is a long planned issue then there are difficult answers that the board will have to give!

The corporate rescue team brought in to rescue the corporate rescue company achieve? Ahh! I know the answer to that one - voted themselves some worthless shares took some large fees and turned the company name into Baker Tenon - Brilliant!!!!!

Administration, pre pack of assets. Suspension of shares, nothing for the shareholders. Oh well that was that and as for the numpties who would not listen and continued to invest in this pile of **** you got all you deserved.
