Is the tipping point and should the BOD not achieve one or more of the following GM should immediately resign IMO:
A substantial JV with a partner that brings both cash and the ability to see the products through to commercially.
A 401 sale based on cash now and less jam tomorrow.
A 201 deal through to commercially.
A complete takeover based on a company who has the funding to deliver the completed commercial suite of products.
No more BS, no more empty promises, and definitely no more chances. Deliver a workable commercial heads of terms or resign GM.
End of QUARTER ONE is the delivery date and no more excuses, put up or resign IMHO and I for one look forward to a massive rise in the SP if you can deliver half of the above you have stated you can?
