No idea on 401 no details released other than a cr4p LOI which means nothing at all but trumpeted by you Uncanny as a big payment upfront to come another ramping fairytale as for these massive buys Friday and today imo they are sells especially when you state them as being buys and then move on to the next ramping nonsense will be very happy when this is over and done with so we can have a very close look at your real role in this whole mess along with a number of others !

Uncanny - you are an unprincipled ramper, everything you have stated has been utterly wrong including and in particular your predictions on the need for no raise and that the company has no need for cash in the short term. I don't generally believe in paid rampers but if there is one your it !

Not a silly question to ask actually spot on the deal is a crock and releases no value at all, desperate attempt to pay the BOD salaries for a few more weeks prior to the pending pre pack to enable a full rinse and repeat.

Well the raise is done as we all suspected now the Pre Pack within 4 weeks unless we get a deal on 401 which pays cash which I think will not happen. At the AGM suggest wage freeze and GM to go !!

IMO their will be a placing and only be sufficient to keep the lights and pay the insolvency crew to run a short admin and pre pack, buy out the assets for peanuts, dump the shareholders, dump debt, new investment on a clean balance sheet and rinse and repeat - AIMHO

borgie - Could have sworn I directed that question to Uncanny who incidentally has not replied (no surprises there) but welcome your input. Many posting on upfront posts here which incidentally of off the back of another cancer specialist when buying the rights of another wonder drug equally never paid any upfront fee and raised $70m to pay for next stages on completion that is simply not what tends to happen. I stated that I did not believe that 401 would EVER attract an upfront payment, and like you said to date it has not. The BOD is spoofing with the shareholders and IMO they will try to get one last raise away before a Pre-Pack is announced IMHO.

Based on what facts Uncanny?? I see nothing to indicate any money up front on 401

Bugger all from the BOD and as suspected 401 looks unlikely to produce any cash sum towards Cashflow requirements. BOD continue to milk the cash cow towards the BOD salaries and no reported success to justify keeping on taking said remuneration.

I fail to see how they manage to do so little for so much personal return. Talk about hiding in plain sight? Administration and pre pack beckons and comfy new jobs await following a vastly discounted pre pack and would suggest the agm may prove to be the trigger date but we will see? One thing for sure is that this cannot continue. iMHO
