Hi Valju - I think the reason for the consistent poor placing price is that nobody believes what they are being told. You yourself have been an ardent supporter both from a personal posting perspective and in actual cash terms and over time you yourself have come to realise the utter futility of what these guys have to say. Like me you have seen the ramping crew like fourteen14 spew so many lies until they back themselves into a corner that they cannot get out of and consequently lose all Credibility that’s why it is important to keep quoting facts because they hate it.

We now find ourselves where not even the bucket shops will place funding and we are left with little or no choices at all. This - if it happens- will be the last chance saloon and after this unless some solid news breaks via an RNS this will tumble and fall not because of the science but because all the trust has gone.

Whether by paid or locked in investors which now don’t exist because everyone now is in roughly the same dire position despite what they say in averaging down most if not all have lost heavily.

When people bought at 5p - 7p it looked a fantastic deal but now at the levels we are at it’s a disaster from which it is unlikely anyone will recover from. This is not a deramp it is the truth and the rampers and the management are to blame imho.

There is no deal at the moment- an LOI is a letter of intent which is worthless the drugs are not commercial at the moment

Uncanny- 401 is not commercial as proved by the lack of buyers for the product - if it was commercial and capable of paying out an upfront payment why the need for the current placing? We have NO deal for 401 in place FACT.

201 and 301 are not proven to be commercial and we don’t have the funds available to get them to a commercial level again a fact

On Friday and today despite your statements of massive buys the SP has dropped off a cliff which again is a fact and the deal is cr4p as demonstrated by the comments and current SP and spread

Drac - 401 is not sorted sadly- we have an LOI letter of intent with no details of the proposed deal, timescales or anything so what we have is utterly meaningless and moreover indicates nothing in relation to commercially. My gut feeling is that their is NO upfront payment being proposed and that’s why we have not heard anything??

Uncanny- you are spouting utter misleading drivel please point out where the BOD have stated any upfront payment for 401 or any deal even at the LOI stage for 201. We have nothing that indicates true investment as a result of a sale or JV

Hi Drac - I cant see anything positive in either 401 nor 201 - time is not on our side especially given the lack of negotiation skills the BOD have demonstrated with no deal agreed as yet on 401 and 201 not even at the discussion stage.
It is administration and Pre Pack IMO and it would be great for the current BOD to dump the current shareholders and fleece some new ones ??
