RE: Morning ....1 Oct 2018 16:01
Hi Freddie, Finally a post which requests opinions and potentially adds to a sensible discussion.
I am fully aware of the de-rampers on this site as I am the rampers. The rampers are mostly posting because they are locked in and need to see an uplift on the SP, however as there is nothing to base the ramping on i.e. news or actual events taking place, it is all mindless speculation so in fact irrelevant. (it does make the less secure feel better via the group hug principal). History would suggest that the amount of times that the BOD have stated the word "Imminent" usually proceeding a placement raise, indicates they are not to be believed and as a result the credibility of anything that they do say is held with a high level of suspicion. If I could be bothered to track back until the first comments relating to a possible JV I would but a really cant be $rsed.
Most of the de-rampers are looking for a low buy in point or are shorting or indeed are averaging down, although I see little point in doing so by posting because you can achieve this buy simply waiting and it will do it on its own over time, and I have indeed been able to achieve this by simply standing on the sidelines and waiting.
In my case my negative comments are clearly aimed at the non performance of the BOD who have put little or no value of there own cash at risk, and demonstrated to me at least that they don't truly believe in either the company or the products they are representing. In addition instead of demonstrating there commitment on the major outgoings by reducing the costs via wagers and salary, they carry on taking vast sums on a very stressed cash-flow which has contributed to additional dilution which feeds further discontent of the shareholders, and again leads to a falling SP price, to summarise they don't IMO give a toss about the very people that pay there salaries.
On your comments relating to the share being £1 within 12 months I heartily agree and hope this will be the case as I am invested here. I actually think that it could prove to be higher. As stated above and previously my negativity is born from my doubts that the current BOD can deliver what is needed to negotiate commercially any such deal, and at the moment I can see nothing that leads me to believe that we are indeed in serious discussions to warrant the words "Imminent".
Sadly until I see a meaningful RNS being issued relating to the cash-flow issues so, we are not in the same place in 3 months time I think we will struggle to do 5p let alone 10p, or i£1. As the weeks tick by and we get closer to supporting ongoing money issues, if the BOD don't do something we will again run out of basic cash requirements and this time round my fear is that know-one will again bail us out no matter what dilution we offer.
I would have more respect for investors if they started to put more pressure on the BOD to firstly freeze there remuneration by rolling over there salaries and reverting to suc
