Trouble with Throth is he does not understand the insolvency process. Firstly does the molecule agreement lapse I for one do not know the agreement on ownership or Licence conditions which may or may not apply. Any IP will first look at where he will get his fees which may cost £1m - £2m minimum and as such may sell at a low price so a 3 - 4 Bagger may not be feesable. Is the company a going concern? At the moment it may not be, so a liquidation would be obvious so no chance of the shareholders getting anything at all. If it is a going concern a CVA could work. IMO it’s either a placing or a straight sale and massive dilution or bust. In any event I suspect the numptie is shorting As I have been saying for a long time now the BOD needs to state placing or bust !! And needs to do it now !!
