There is no reason why they cannot disclose how many NDA's have been signed and how many parties they are talking to, and indeed when they anticipate when they hope negotiations will be completed by.

They do not have to say who the parties are, but they can release IMO things like heads of terms again without naming names. Any GOOD PR company will be able to word this and the Nomad will sign off on any such release.

This is not rocket Science however we have had enough radio silence on this subject, so they need to sort this out unless of course negotiations have broken down in which case they certainly need to advise accordingly

Yes take a look at the SP which tells you all you need to know, until the BOD come out from under the flat stone and post an RNS dealing with the short term funding at least then this will continue to plummet.

Valju - some support for your ramping fantasy if IMO the BOD can get out a good RNS within the next month which demonstrates support for short or medium Cashflow then this will rise to 5p plus. If they don’t it will be sub 1p and then very difficult to raise money on a placement at all other than bucket shops. Discuss
