My understanding is that any individual holding 5% or more can call for an EGM however my preference would be for a detailed RNS to be released and if positive and detailed enough would not require an EGM.

Equally I think that expectations for the meeting on the 22nd is miss-placed, as the point of the meeting is to impress new investors I cannot see the BOD wishing to discuss current financial issues and concerns when pitching for funding.

I would expect an RNS prior to the proposed meeting being released otherwise I see no point for the meeting or see it being cancelled - all IMO opinion !!

Yippie it's a turnaround just over 1% up ! Now how much have we lost over the past 6 months - still never mind we just need faith !

Within the last 12 months this share has dropped from 6.37p to the current price of 1.30p

What is the BB's view as to the likely placement figure to reach a placement of ????

Valju - for once we are in agreement - your message to the BOD sums up the way we are all thinking and for them to release some form of information giving an update as to what is happening costs very little and will see a massive recovery on this share. And bring some much needed clarity. The constant battles are born out of frustration and have degrading the value of this BB with two distinct camps having developed and I have no further need to establish where I sit re the BOD. The solution sits with them and with information being released on the differing initiatives and funding issues should see an SP recovery in fairly short order so the key for me and I suspect many others is a pretty basic event which is less about the need for trust and more about transparency. Uncanny I hear that but do you know what came out of the meeting yesterday? Any hints, information re NDA’s signed, anything re JV etc, cannot imagin that they got through an investor meeting without having to comment on these key issues?

Again 14 who cares when the volume traded is negligible? There is no manipulation how could there be on a few thousand shares traded equally the 1.5 buy price is irrelevant on such low volume??
