Ok it was simply a lousy day what ever way you look at it - as for facts ValJu you wonder why people start firing bullets at you - if you want pleasant comments modify your own postings !! As I have !!

If no raise then a sell at a pitiful price via an administration and I think it will be no surprise who will buy having dumped investors and creditors in the process - the Ashley model so to speak !! DYOR IMO

Peer review and a JV should sort that as the DD in both will answer those questions ??

Valju - anything imo posted here will not affect the SP other than an RNS. There are no paid posters imo that is a myth and again imo is an excuse for people like you to moan and groan about posters not sharing your or other rampers views.

Many might say that the criticism levelled against the BOD is justified down to that of their own making with tiny investments themselves in a company they profess to support, certainly not helped imo by the serious lack of communication relating to funding and ongoing talks.

Statements by 14 with his strong buy that the BOD are monitoring the BB don’t help and is further degrading by the rampers seeking to block any poster who makes what they consider to be contrary to their own opinion.

For the record I have invested a significant amount enough to make me cross when posters say they don’t mind losing (not loosing) their investments which is imo not truthful.

Comments such as the company has cut 70% of their costs is equally untrue and unfounded by any facts and designed to materially mislead.

If you want to see the SP rise then imo it will be off of :

BOD being seen to invest
Broader information on the JV and license agreement
A fund raise or a proposal for one
Interim financial statement etc.

The one point I do agree with is this appears to be walked down and in my opinion for the purposes of an administration you just need to ask yourselves who would benefit the most from that? Certainly not the investors !!

Lack of information and new cash injection will be the main reason for the above happening not anything posted here that is pretty clear.

So we are in the hands of the BOD whilst I believe in trusting them in principle I need a great deal more than if’s and may’s to convince me and I think many others believe the same as silence does not convince me.

borgie - fantastic - so keeping it simple what were the terms of the JV and if 401 gets sold or licence what do we investors get out of it, who are the Valseek shareholders and what do they get - old hat or no it is a valid question(s)
