Valju - it is the vehicle by which they will emerge from any administration IMO and before the ramping team get all lathered up what other possible purpose would it have. As 14 has stated this BB is being monitored by the BOD maybe they would like to comment especially given no RNS has been released explaining its purpose to date ??

Tozerk - you may have noticed that GM only fielded 3 questions in his presentation and that they seemed fairly stage managed. Nothing provided gave me any hope that we are on the verge of any deal being done and in particular the 6 companies they are in discussions with do not to me sound that they are anywhere near the term “imminent “ to signing any such deal.

I suppose what I am saying is I do not see any magical deal arriving in the near or short term and therefore we must now face up to the fact that it is positively inevitable that we will be doing a placement on highly unfavourable terms perhaps as low as 0.5p

Don’t care whether anyone agrees or not but as each day passes the SP falls and we move towards sub 1p the harder it will be to raise any cash at all.

Lastly I find it increasingly difficult to understand how anyone can still make the statement that they are genually topping up even at these low SP levels however that must be down to each individual to decide and balance any such risk vs reward.

I don’t believe that reporting the BOD to the vairious authorities will achieve anything but I understand why the strength of feeling would push for that happening however by the time that happens we would be passed anything being achieved imo.

An EGM is the only route forward imo, it will allow matters to be aired in an open forum and the BOD to be formally challenged on performance and solvency issues.
