Valju - they have IMO January to get something out otherwise the SP will be so low as not to be viable for a raise. If they can squeeze something that makes sense then at this level it could transform the SP and do a low,level,raise to keep the lights on. It's now all,about the BOD delivering on past promises and placing a stonking RNS, we have been at sub 1p,before and clawed our way back so let's hope your tenacity pays off but time is very very short and that is a fact.

Valju - I do not believe the BOD will deliver equally as has been said here today IF we are able to do a further raise it will be the last we are able to do and given the SP dropping the way it is what will that be £500k ? I have no idea what level it will be??

I have no wish to lose my investment but any rise is in the hands of the BOD end of so they need to perform by the end of January 19 latest - go figure!

As for Valju is concerned do you think that his slavish attachment to success here without challenging the BOD to perform is wrong and does NOT represent the severity to all investors both existing and new. This attitude is incredible especially when he and others post what a bargain purchase this is. It is imo a huge risk investment and until all investors step up pressure to get the BOD to perform starting with payment by shares or the rolling over of remuneration and a success fee by shares then they are not going to be believed imo

Grouch, this company and the BOD needs no assistance in looking bad - it does that by its own volition and with great success without really trying!!!

As for the R&D issue, TBH its irrelevant and a little over a months salary for our failing BOD, if you want to add £1m of cash-flow contribution over three months then get the BOD to take shares instead of cash, after all they are supposedly in the best position to judge future success???

A team that wont support the company by having a significant shareholding is not worth anything IMO especially when the company is in serious financial straights??

Geecee - sums it up really when we are discussing how we need to scrabble around with R and D tax relief returns to survive - tax man will not pay out anyway if there is any sniff of insolvency! Pathetic state of affairs as a result of a poor BOD strategy and after a year of no real deal in sight on any fronts!
