The number of "bags" is meaningless. If you are considering WSBN, the only thing that should influence your decision is the likelihood of the current share price increasing.
If you have 100K shares in GGP now, the value of that is £37350. It doesn't matter what you started out with, it is currently £37350.
You can keep £37350 in GGP, or you can buy 219K shares of WSBN.
If GGP goes to 75p, you will have £75K. If WSBN goes to 34p over the same time period, you will have £75K.
I think GGP is more likely to get to 75p before WSBN gets to 34p. Therefore I am not selling GGP.
