I will also take out my original stake at 4.5p. Because I know I will regret seeing it drop back to 2p more than I will regret missing out if it does get to 10p.
Frustrating - my holding has gone absolutely nowhere in 9 months because I was too FOMO to sell at 30p and meanwhile the stocks I should have put those profits into have doubled or better. Expensive lesson
Very positive about the long term prospects, but just for the next week I'd like the SP to stay slightly lower so I can get a handful more shares when I reinvest my dividend
I wonder if there are any previous examples of sales where the FSP drags on for ages and the SP drops by 50% in the meantime even if the rough value of the assets is known?
3 million may be their "punt" level. Plenty of people have put millions into crap companies (not referring to CLP, I don't think this is a crap company) and lost it all.
If you have covered all your essential spending and you have 3-6 months income in cash (depending on how secure your job is), there is no reason not to dump everything else into shares such as GGP
