wow, he looks like the man to sort out any problems, check him out Osamede Okhomina , full report... http://pambazuka.org/en/category/features/62358 part of the report.... For the next twelve years, a legal battle was waged in the New York District Court. The plaintiff’s lawyers assembled a substantial dossier of exhibits, including confidential company memos, emails and witness testimony, illuminating the Shell’s complicit role in human rights abuses committed in Ogoniland. Detailed evidence of Shell’s close relationship with the military was finally made public in the wake of the settlement, in which Shell agreed to pay US$15.5 million to the plaintiffs. Behind the scenes was Osamede Okhomina, an oil executive who does not fit the stereotype. He is from the Niger Delta and holds a Masters in Philosophy from Cambridge University. His company, Energy Equity Resources based in London’s leafy Marble Arch and Victoria Island, Lagos, participated in brokering the settlement of the Wiwa case. EER helped both parties to fashion the Kiisi Trust, a US$5 million fund created by the settlement funds, which ‘will allow for initiatives in Ogoni for educational endowments, skills development, agricultural development, women’s programs, small enterprise support, and adult literacy’. A short statement from EER released on the day of the settlement reads: ‘Mr Okhomina emphasized… the importance EER places on the creation of trust funds in allowing local communities to directly share in the benefits of oil production … EER believes this approach offers a brighter future for all concerned and it hopes its contribution to the resolution of this case will be seen in this light.’ It probably came as some relief that EER’s contribution quickly disappeared in the media storm that engulfed Shell. Yet the stance of EER, a much smaller oil and gas exploration company, is worth considering.

in the rns it states "upon the publication of an admission document by the Company and the approval of Brady's shareholders at a general meeting". Last year the AGM took place on the 9th May, if this is the case that we have to wait i pesonally believe that this meeting would be in the next two weeks, will be interesting to read the admission document, more shares to be issued to in Brady to cover the purchase cost to the shareholders of EERNL, but what is it going to be worth to the shareholders of BRDY and PRS, this has been like walking across the Sarhara desert looking for an oasis, now that we have come to the watering hole will will ther be enough to take a bath, at least the "herd" don't get a look in to destroy the well, gla.

i am now "the tortoise man" the man with his house on his back, as long as there are supermarkets i'll never be without a home, plenty of cardboard boxes there, shame i put all my hard earned money in this company , looked so promising but it was my decision, some you win others you lose, still there is an ox for us who's horns are growing ready for the bull fight.....oh how the stars do shine, mr borrelli singing his song to all new shareholders "i won't let the sun go down on you" in tune with me singing " starry starry night" good luck to all , i'm out of this one.
this take over must be huge judging by the amount of time it's taking, will i be in a box before it happens or sleeping on a flattened one if it does not come off,.....come on brady i know a tortoise that moves faster and he has to carry his around on his back which is something i'll have to do with my cardboard box soon.
