if charles hall is so highly respected he must have quite a following within his business connections, who is to say that these other people will follow him by buying into the privelaged information or business knowledge he has on brady, as we know peel hunt bought first, was mr hall inculded in the decision making to buy shares in brady, it can't be the case that they would part with their money without an indication of where it was going to be invested, maybe if it has now been clarified mr hall has been given the green light to buy....will watch this build on price as there can be very few shares left in private hands (34%).
if we now have peel hunt and charles hall on board this must be a double whammy for brady, in their script it states "they are consistently highly ranked in the Extel survey, which reflects their reputation with investors" also repeated they are ranked 2nd in the UK Small/Mid Caps listing and Charles Hall was once again ranked as the top analyst in Consumer Goods. will now have to place this in caps WOW what more could brady ask for...watch the price rise now
Charles Hall leads our experienced Consumer team, covering some 60 companies across the consumer goods, food producers, retail and travel & leisure sub-sectors with a combined market cap in excess of £52bn. The team covers these sectors from top to bottom, which provides greater insight into their key dynamics and enables them to identify themes quickly. They are consistently highly ranked in the Extel survey, which reflects their reputation with investors and work closely with the consumer corporate team, whose clients include Carpetright, Colefax Group, DP Poland, Games Workshop, Lookers, M.P. Evans, Moss Bros Group, The Rank Group, Stanley Gibbons, Telecom Plus and Topps Tiles. 2012 Extel Survey Results In the 2012 Extel Survey the Consumer sector was ranked 2nd in the UK Small/Mid Caps listing and Charles Hall was once again ranked as the top analyst in Consumer Goods. http://www.peelhunt.com/Content/Consumer/4_12/
if this blows i'll need the toilet cleaners "toilet $hitters" to the rescue, lets hope there is no blockage along the way and that the path is clear, nice to see the interest in brady, looking forward to see why there was such a long wait for news , "it must be a good investment to keep us waiting" .
this is where we could do with some news on our investments, come on mr borrelli tell us where you have invested our money before you fly out to your meeting...please.
if my maths is correct there are only 23 million in free float, any news of a rto and this is sure multibag as it has dormant for months at an all time low, we all know the trading potential of buying at the bottom and rightly said Nick Lee picks the best rabbitts from the hat, (the share guru magician) gla
it looks like mr borrelli is going to be busy with albon group (abl) as it is restructuring its debts, i would have thought if anyone is about mr borrelli is going to be at Frances House, Sir William Place, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 4HQ for the meeting at 10am on february 1st, maybe they could have a chat face to face with some unanswered questions that we have been posting about brady, nice to see some movements today , as we know there is only 37% of shares in public hands.
interesting movement since your post , up 20 % now
currently their shares are suspended as they made a bid for proposed acquisition of Graphmada, not sure if this is good or bad for brady, good for buying but for the likes of me BAD as already invested higher, wonder if mr borrelli has any turkey leftovers, tiny tim and his family will go hungry now, merry christmas all.
constant emails to mr borrelli without the slightest concern of anything positive or negative , although brdy have stated in an rns that they are invested in companies around the world the company refuses to say anything specific which or what companies they are, anyones guess why the price has dropped, could be mrs borrelli does not have enough money to buy the turkey, or maybe we are all turkeys and are going to get stuffed, who knows
we have 4 trades so far today, wow
having emailed Mr Borrelli this is what has transpired.....22.39pm on 10th December Mr Borrelli, Again i ask you to provide details of the companies in which" The Company currently holds shares in a number of quoted natural resources companies, operating across a range of countries, which have scope for growth". This information is being witheld from shareholders whom are asking questions. Looking back through the financial documents there seems to be no monetry listing to back up the above statement, please email as i have been asked to report the company to aim investigations at the London Stock Exchange (i don't believe this to be neccessary) by a member on the forum as Brady Explor seem reluctant to answer non sensitive questions, it would be nice if the company could update shareholders with news, you keep saying "when there is news we will report it through the correct channels via an rns announcement" but please answer the above to keep the faith. Regards yes he did reply which was very kind.. 11.30 on 10th December.... Please be assured that the directors of Brady are very conscious of their responsibilities and we announce everything as required by the regulations and we confirm everything in advance with our nominated adviser Yours sincerely Alex Borrelli I have sent another email on 11th December Thank you for answering but again please could you tell me in which companies and which countries are Brady Explor investing money in, why would this be difficult to answer. I know i invested my money with your company but if you were to make a presentation now based on the information by saying " The Company currently holds shares in a number of quoted natural resources companies, operating across a range of countries, which have scope for growth". Should a shareholder ask the question which companies, where in the world are they based, would you not answer the question. I trust you do not find my constant questions difficult but could you direct me to another director or part of the company where this simple request can be answered. Once again, Many Thanks NO REPLY...SILENCE Obviously this question is beyond the intelligence of Mr Borrelli as he does not seem to know or refuses to answer anything specific on directly where our money is being invested. It is a great shame as it appears my investment decision makes me look a complete ar$e, never mind Mr Borrelli seasons greetings to you and your board of directors, we can all skate on the ice at this time of year but eventually it will crack...sink or swim...you have the skates!
ken dulieu former director in brady along with paul jackson, no good with either of these guys, .mr dulieu does not seem to be a director of any company now. paul jackson has his fingers in the pie factory, looks like its in every pie, 5 pages long.
no response yet from mr borrelli, tried another avenue by contacting stratmin global resources on the phone but nobody would take the call re enquiry about brady, but interesting stratmin own 14% of brady and at the moment their shares are suspended as they have made a bid for Graphmada Equity Pte. Limited. Stratmin are ALSO registered at 31 harley street along with brady and paternoster, could all three be linked in their dealings , will now try to see if Ken Dulieu and paul jackson know anything as they are also major shareholders.
hope he reads the boards at least i'm upfront and honest, sent this today , normally replies within the hour, will wait and see.... Dear Mr Borrelli, Having emailed you in the past with usual response from yourself "we will update via rns", please would it be possible to tell us shareholders where and which companies you have placed our money with. This i believe is not price sensitive information but what as a company you should inform us with, you have stated via an rns that states "The Company currently holds shares in a number of quoted natural resources companies, operating across a range of countries, which have scope for growth" where is the evidence, please be more informative as i can only see that with lack of news Brady Explore has no future in the aim market, await your response.
just goes to prove that they will not give us any information of where the money is placed or where they directly intend to invest, do not forget BOD that in order to create investors you must have newsflow and be honest with questions asked to you, i would certainly blame mr borrelli and his board if this company de lists as all they are doing is creating negativity, again mr borrelli update the website and tell us exactly where you have or going to invest our money, presently i would give you a vote of NO CONFIDENCE in the manner to which you perform within the company.
i have also emailed mr borrelli over a month back, box standard reply, in my opinion we as shareholders are entitled to be updated, as they keep saying we will give you news through an rns, again thats fair enough, but would it not be possible for them to be more specific in which companies they have invested our money with, or which companies they ventuing to make a reverse takeover on. you could almost stick a pin in a map and guess which and where the companies are based in line with their vision statement, i know its a chinese manufactuer of plastic hedgehogs used for a paper spike, as many pr..ks as what seem to be on the board of directors in their business investment decision, i for one had a lot of faith that my money was well placed but i can only assume it is now being spent on their christmas bash, come on borrelli do your job and prove that you are worthy of such a title.
Which one is correct Mr Borrelli, "Be assured that the Board’s interest is in generating value for shareholders – we are considering both potential investment opportunities and potential reverse takeover targets, as previously announced." or this one "The Company currently holds shares in a number of quoted natural resources companies, operating across a range of countries, which have scope for growth" Two quotes from the company , now which one do we go with...
mr alex borrelli must take the role of father christmas, he only appears once a year, or could he be a hedgehog thats gone into hibernation for the winter, obviously he does not read these boards, is this what they call an investment, you get less time in prison being locked in, yawn yawn, wake me at christmas or spring, maybe some news then..
