Mr. Julian Andre Treger is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner and serves as Chief Compliance Officer at Audley Capital Advisors, LLP. Prior to Audley, Mr. Treger served as a joint Managing Director and Principal Advisor at Active Value Funds and as Managing Partner at Active Value Advisors Ltd. In 1993, Mr. Treger founded Active Value Advisors Ltd along with Mr. Brian Myerson. He held corporate positions at J Rothschild Group and Hambros Bank with a broad range of responsibilities prior to 1992, when Mr. Treger set up his own business specializing in the restructuring and refinancing of public companies. There, he was involved in the restructuring of WPP Group PLC and the sale of TVS Entertainment PLC amongst others. Mr. Treger serves as the Joint Executive Chairman at Blackstars Investors PLC. He serves as also the Chairman at The Corporation Services Group PLC. He was employed at Active Value Capital and eInvestors. He served as non-executive Chairman of BNB Recruitment Solutions plc. He served as the Joint Non Executive Chairman at BNB Resources PLC since January 19, 2001 and served as its Director. He served as Deputy Chairman of Blackstar Group SE since October 2007. Mr. Treger has also been a Non Executive Director at Sage Group Ltd. since July 22, 2003. Previously, he served as the Executive Chairman at Corporate Services Group PLC until January 2005 and as an Executive Director from September 11, 2002 to March 2005. He has been a Director at Whetstone Minerals, Ltd. since April 8, 2011. He has been Non Executive Director of Firestone Diamonds plc since July 24, 2012. He serves as a Director of RM Auctions, Inc. and Tinco Investments Limited. Mr. Treger also served as a Non Executive Director at Clear Technology, Inc. and Primedia (Pty) Limited. He served as a Director of Active Value Advisors Limited, Audley Advisors Limited, BNB Recruitment Solutions plc until March 2009, Purple Capital Ltd. until August 2006, Illuminator Holdings Limited, Illuminator Investments Limited, JAB Holdings Limited, West African Diamonds Plc from October 2008 to February 2009 and Western Canada Coal Corp. from December 14, 2007 to September 2010. He holds a B.A. with honors from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
