I think that this may drift a bit, cant see existing shareholders wanting to increase exposure, cant see any potential new shareholders (like me) committing.
Astonished they didn't have to offer these new shares at a discount - in fact they look like a premium to recent Market Price?
Just looked up my records, I bought first nearly 3 years ago, was so convinced I'd found a cracker that I talked with friends about its potential. Hate to say it but I'm glad they didn't buy or I may have less friends! I sold out for a small (very) profit when I started looking at the RNS' documenting tiny sales which were barely worth mentioning.
The latest convertible loan is, I think, £700k @ 8%. That's £56k interest pa.. I assume there is further debt already existing. The turnover is £1.4m. There is a factory to heat, light, power, wages to pay, transport costs, commissions to pay, offices to maintain etc etc. That's why I say I look at the numbers and think no!
Good luck all, will look at the results in May but cant really say I expect those to be happy reading
