crash doesn't matter as long as you take up the rights.

If it traded at 24p it would be valued at cash levels.... surely a bit harsh.

Surely the brand is worth much more than that, making approx 50ishp more reasonable? cash plus 2-2.5mcap?

Yes LIROY, i have the same predicament. Taking up the rights issue gives me an average of 55.7p.

Current mcap of 1.93bill added to the 2bill raised gives mcap of 3.93b which is 46p with new shares in issue.

55.7 av not too bad long term but do i risk selling and buying the same amount of shares at lower price. Not too sure it's worth it in long run. To be honest a bit silly people comparing this to IAG thinking it will drop to RI price. Surely will not go anywhere near that low. 40p for example gives mcap of only 650mill....

Thank you both replies. I understand the concept of a RI but was just wondering if I would be eligible or not as only bought a few hours ago. Eg maybe a chance only eligible for holders as at 29th sept, not today... It would have been annoying so I wondered how the eligibility date was normally worked in these. Didn’t want to miss the boat by a few hours lol.

Best way to keep average as low as possible As far as I see it is to take up the RI (if eligible!) IMO.

Should find out more tomorrow then.
