In accordance with the requirements of BPC's licences, BPC has formally notified the Bahamian Department of Environmental Protection & Planning ("DEPP") as to the precise well location, as well as the specific details and technical specifications in respect of the Stena IceMAX drillship, and has obtained the DEPP's consent to same.

In-vivo studies starting any minute now using unoptimised Nuvec on mice. N4 had good results from the in-vivo results last year using 2-3 injections so expecting the same again on this one.

Then onto the optimised study early new year.

All to play for here. The broker note peer comparisons confirming that the SP is still at very much at bargain basement levels.

You do not get many shares on AIM that have genuine chances of multibagging. This is definitely one of them.

That time will come in early 21.

During late 2020 we of course have results from the Evotec work and maybe also the unoptimised in vivo study./ Positive results from either mean a much higher chance of ultimate success, hence the SP should react accordingly.

So Cidermaker, it would mean Pfizer having to go through their 1,2,3 trials all over again.

Once the data package is proven why would a major not want to try the likes of Nuvec in order to make there drug delivery much more efficient?

It is possible but the point is that Nuvec is in the pre-clinical phase as it proves up its data package. N4 are reliant upon a collaborative partner to take the Nuvec delivery system and test it with their own drugs in clinical phases 1, 2 & 3.

The good news is that all the previous safety data from Nuvec has been very good.

Once the data package is proven partners should want to come on board and license / sign up fee plus royalties can be earned from day 1.

Yep if Nuvec is proven to work after being stored at rom temp. They are currently testing how long it can be stored for whilst still working.... it would obvs be a game changer:

'This formulation is now being stored over different periods after which it will be reconstituted and tested in vitro to demonstrate transfection has been maintained. Demonstrating formulation stability would be an important milestone given that stable, easy to store and easy to use vaccines are a major challenge for developers.'
