Doesn't this sound too good to be true? Where have these companies miraculously appeared from? Are these companies that have been purposely set up for this purpose? Conflict of interests here - possible connected parties involved??

I don't know many who willingly give away any meaningful amount of equity in their business? All seems a bit fishy to me...

Think you're right, people are catching on that these were at 15p a few weeks ago and now available at half price as nothing fundamentally has changed.
