Thanks Awstin... still plenty in the tank then.
Just how many have the company bought back since August, must be a couple of hundred million £ by now?
Where are you guys getting this last round of information?
I emailed SB regarding the last update and my email bounced back stating exceeded data on account!
Tried again but unusually still awaiting a response.
This could well be the next big high street name to go. Even the short traders have jumped ship!
Yep agree it was 3.75p. Curiously I remember being able to sell 300,000 on the bell before suspension, I guess that's how Peel are on the tear sheet.
The price I was quoting was a month or so before all the suspension talk surfaced.
or should I say,
At an even more massive discount to the 5.75p we were trading at before all the suspension nonsense started... for those with exceptional memories!
...sweet - we relist / bitter - at a massive discount to the last closing sp.
A couple of things that are bothering me;
How often do companies come back to the market with an equivalent sp? (not very)
If the shares are offering good value someone would have been offering to buy in this closed period.
And I can't get away from the fact we had to go to Bergen for cash albeit at a reasonable rate (although from memory we didn't draw any down).
Of course I'll just be happy to get listed atm but I'm under no illusions... it could be bitter sweet.
I haven't received the email yet, can anyone let me know if the readmission of cic fund includes issuing further shares?
I seem to remember Stuart insisting we would not suffer any dilution with the closed end fund, if this remains the case these shares could well prove to be a good long-term investment.

Not sure of your agenda, but good luck indeed!
There has certainly been a price hike in their domestic LED lighting which is making them less attractive compared to other manufacturers. I haven't seen a breakdown regarding the various parts of the business ie.LED lighting, the British General range etc. BG (although a bit cheap and cheerful) must bring in a decent revenue. I bought £2k of consumer units last year.
GL
...from memory they bought the last lot (£2M) at 40p so not a bad profit to date.
I'm back in here due to yesterdays dip, sentiment certainly changing...lets see if the SP can back it up.
GL.
Could well be filling another order... might follow the money and take a few in the morning.
You can't trade on the Toronto market from HBOS the platform.
Does anyone have the contact details for Geoffrey Cowley (other than the CIC Gold email address) please.
Thanks

I think we have advisors and a legal team on Mars... not sure about Jupiter. Keep smiling guys.
I'm not in here atm but to compare Luceco to Carillon is utter bunkum!
