Doesn't make great reading when you look at this. http://www.lse.co.uk/share-regulatory-news.asp?shareprice=TAVI&ArticleCode=zj480x2g&ArticleHeadline=Acquisition_Placing_and_Open_Offer However we've come a long way since and the modle has progressed and out grown this early acquisition.
It's hard to believe we were in the 350's in April.
Received the same word for word from Halifax a few days ago. I asked them to clarify and was told to watch my account for new corporate actions.
... that seems logical.
Friday... at precisely 16:29:59
Their products are well ahead of the composite index which is impressive and they also look to have excellent long term returns. All a bit to sensible for me😉
End of year to drop any day now. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4aXrqRB4oOE
Bill, as far as I'm aware you will be able to trade through the Frankfurt exchange with Halifax. https://www.halifax.co.uk/sharedealing/investment-options/international-shares/Default.asp
From memory Jim you had to have held stock for a considerable time to be entitled to the divi back then, and I remember there being some confusion to who was entitled to what... not sure it ever got sorted out.
Sorry Aymes didn't fully answer your question. I've not had to contact them by phone so can't comment on customer service but I've found the platform to be as competitive as anyone.
Yep got an account with them, they are part of the Halifax trading platform. I use them for short term trading due to low rates. Anything long term like this ;-) is in regular Halifax accounts.
...best of luck Glen.

Exactly... public updates and not phone blarney!
I'm assuming that the reason the BoD were holding out for the LSE listing was to appeal to a global market, does any other market in Europe offer this? If not why bother listing in Europe. These are testing times for the group in general and we need some honest upfront answers to what the future holds... if it's all been a load of bull the at least have the decency to put us out of our misery.
Interesting appointment... Arden are pretty shrewd business advisors.
Best of luck... never underestimate the P word.
