That's a risky strategy... didn't you see this broadcast?? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4aXrqRB4oOE GL
Good buying pressure on the back of recent announcements has seen a steady 20% increase this week... if our seller has cleared this could well continue into next week imo. GL all.
... he couldn't find one who's accounts were up to date ;-)
The option price (in this case 5.25p) is what the holder will have to pay to exercise the option regardless of the sp. As stated earlier it wouldn't make much sense to do this until the sp exceeds the option price, however I've seen it done in the past when option holders want to exercise large amounts of stock which wouldn't be available on the open market.
I didn't state that they would... sorry for any confusion.
I'm guessing 'these' options won't be taken up until the sp nears the 5.25p exercise... however I get the feeling the current 86% gap between sp and exercise price could well be closing in the near future.
Could well be the case. He had around 11mil in January and that would tie up loosely with the with the trades over the last few months imo. Good to see Mr Cooke 'paying' for stock ;-)

I think the two 15k sells logged today were from last week, hence no drop in therror sp today. Anything under 3p is great value imo... could be stuck around this sp for while so I don't think there is any rush to load up atm however once the seller has cleared we could see some movement. We should be due a trading update in the next month or so.
Expect to see a big sell on appear Monday... no doubt show as a buy. We've had a certain person dumping stock for a while now and my assumption is that when they are clear this will pick up pace. It would have been helpful if the company and the seller had come to an arrangement but it appears those in charge are in no hurry to see the sp rise at present, hence the seller is having to drip feed the market as and when. Good opportunity to add if you're interested imo. GL.
There have been some great opportunities in the UK property sector in the last 5 years which some of the former staff have taken advantage of. Perhaps MP should have invested closer to home.
I'm not sure how much longer JSI will be featured on this site. I would suggest keeping an eye on the link below. http://www.investegate.co.uk/Index.aspx?searchtype=3&words=jsi GL
due another TR1 from Mosley soon?
...
I guess the NEX platform will give some an exit. Unfortunately this has been the likely outcome for some time and imo it typifies all the negatives of the aim. Yes you can argue that the economy and negative press regarding Chinese companies has had an impact but I believe the bod's intentions to raise funds for the new factory were honest enough. Those who have been eager to criticise should have a good look at some of the tin pot mining companies and the directors that continually shafts us. Glad you managed to get out hobione.
... imo Moseley is still dumping stock, this could go on for while yet but if you're planning on building a decent holding it's no bad thing. I'm convinced this will come good, just a matter of when. GL
On my 4th bite here. I got a little caught on the last placing but now back obove water. Take a look at the charts over the last 3 years... 6p+ is my 6 month target. GL.
Merry Christmas one and all (even old diddly squat). Let's make some progress in the next 12 months.
I bailed a while back before the currency change and have been deterred by the value we are getting trading in £'s but this is now so under valued that is immaterial IMO...
