I'm interested to see where Hornby takes this now. Will they expand existing product range (which is limited), acquire further small companies in the sector or be swallowed up by the likes of Schneider?
There must be an ulterior motive for all this, it make no sense to keep it in the air otherwise.
SB has something up his sleeve... will the current shareholders benefit???
We had a 9 month interim financial report to 30.09.19 so I'm assuming the audited year end mentioned would be 31.12.19.
Just amazing how this is building value, best of luck to those still in.
If there is a 6 month timeline in place Doug we need to take it up before 18th September.
Not sure we have ever been on track!
Good to see they boosted the pension fund last week... nudge nudge ;-) ;-)
Nice work anon, glad you made a few bob!
Certainly worth watching, there have been some decent swings over the last few years.

Look at the RNS, Black Rock have reduced their holding.
This could well go lower if they continue to sell the remaining 5% however I suspect they are just top slicing for now.
I've followed this stock from IPO and although the company has had its moments there's money to be made IMO. Not in at the moment but watching.

The ftse has over heated in the last few weeks and there is a ****e storm on the horizon.
I expect all stable stocks to suffer for the foreseeable.
Keep your cash under the mattress!
... ahhhh that's why I've got £200k in my trading account!!!!
...not lost Diddy, just got lazzzy!
Am I right in thinking old CIC Capital is now CIC Fund but we also hold the equivalent amount of shares in new CIC Capital.
I used to know all this stuff...
Thanks for that mac, at a glance there are some new pdf's to browse.
What ever happened to this sorry sack?
Totally scandalous so close to the dividend payout!
Barc... weasels of the financial sector once again!
hmm... ex div tomorrow so all things being equal should drop 7% give or take.
If you're in for the divi beware of the record date or you may cop a double whammy!
GL
...apologies divi date is Thursday (2nd April).
Not much in it atm, mainly market sentiment.
14p per share Monday can't ignored, who knows might even gain ground.
Tomorrow will be interesting.
Some will take profit fearing a big drop Monday as this goes ex div.
If it drops off others will be lured by the divi...
If you bought in at the bottom congrats.
*atm (at the moment).
