To have to push 'for 2020 the coffee cup DMS' and then incentivise Vision based DMS by 2022 when it's all ready available feels a little clumbsy and unnecassary to me. Not exactly frictionless especially when EU auto states it wishes to maintain it's leading technical credentials. Easy to see why OEM's might bypass the coffee cup step.
