I'm quite happy with 8% / 25 bp drop . As pointed out to you previously my portfolio is underwritten by Barcs @ 8% yield , houses selling in my patch @ <5% yield , . Next revaluation due Dec '21 , not withstanding rent enhancements , it should be underwritten @7% yield , 1/8 is factor of 12.5 , in percentage terms 12.5% , including rent increments 16%.
See you @ 28p , which you said we would never revisit .
