Russia is suffering from a major dose of " Dutch Syndrome " . The west needs to find an alternative to Russian fossil fuels . We will in due course , UK before EU , then Russia is well and truly knackered . Putins aged friends won't be happy having to pay taxes on misappropriated Enterprises .
