Over the yrs I have given you guidance on lloy , Vod and BP , your choice the path you've taken . Gold keeps rising , a hedge against risk ! Gold hasn't peaked yet , as Wids ( our oracle ) pointed out to us the time to buy equities is when gold peaks . Let's hope it double tops and becomes apparent to us all .

Thank you for querieng LTI's logic last night that I'm fat . As I've pointed out before on here mountain climbing is my hobby , you need to be lithe and fit , being fat would be a serious handicap . Not that it should be an issue in this PC world . Mountains help reduce stress and most importantly think through business and Global dilemmas keeping me ahead of the curve . LTI on the other hand , cooped up in his office , in London , getting angrier by the day watching his losses not budge . He then comes on here and tries to bully folk into buying lloy , purely to cut his losses . Naive to think anything posted on here would budge lloy share price .

A working day doesn't go by nowadays when we don't read about a SME going under , lloy and Barc will have some exposure to these events , so talk of Div reinstated next yr is pie in the sky .These failing businesses have been negligent , over indebted , they didn't learn the lessons of '08 , as I've pointed out to LTI on various occasions , in a downturn equity can shrink or be wiped out , but the debt still stands .
