Fair point Chris - I think its me comparing it to the possible return ( and cost of buying ) AEX from 0.45.
If you look at it form the point of where is SCIR now and what is fair value it is a good buy.
My average on SCIR is lower than AEX so at least while one is 0.45 and the other 1.00 buying AEX might ( might ) give me a better return if CH1 goes ahead. That said a lot depends on any cash raise for HE1 and where the sp goes o SCIR if a deal appears. At least its more interesting than the last couple of years, even if some of the delays are depressingly familiar. WAHT IS FAIR VALUE

Thanks Chris, for my part I have bought a reasonable number of HE1 (and a few of SCIR and AEX to drop my averages on them). For now I intend to build some cash and watch to see what happens on all three plus ECR who I also have a reasonable number of shares in.
As AEX are so cheap I'll add some every month while the price is this low. SCIR, HE1 and ECR I intend to put together a bit of cash to buy more when the time looks right - for example ECR are currently dropping a little and I'll add whenever I can below my average.
Currently SCIR and HE1 look expensive - but that could all change on news.

Apparently, according to BBC News just now there are 2500 consultants - which seems a one hell of a lot, so you have a point there Prosecco.

Legitimate question - If a cumulative total of 100m tests of all kinds have been done ( source HMG site ) why has this cost £37bn. Even at £25 per test I make 100m x £25 £2.5bn - so where is the other £34.5bn going ?
