RE: So Where Next And How27 Mar 2021 09:02
Good post tutus
My average is 83p so slightly underwater but still holding and haven't sold any.
With hindsight a top slice anywhere over Β£1.20 would have been sensible but expectations ( greed ? ) suggested a much better price was achievable. Like many back down to Earth with a crash and, at least for now several thousand ponds less in the portfolio. That said this is only one of several Covid stocks I hold and while others may do better for now I still think there is a reasonable return to be had here so I'm sticking.
Can't believe the mess regulators find themselves in creating the delay to authorisation that is maybe the biggest problem we have - but that could change any day. Changed my expectation to expect news in Q2 and at least a good lift in sp, to levels recently seen, by say June.
Will review then. Meanwhile half my portfolio is in funds, some cash and also 3 or 4 punts, ECR, HE1, AEX and SCIR ( both long term very frustrating but potentially good returns from their current sp ).
After getting my fingers burnt by SXX last year lessons firmly learnt are not too many eggs in one basket, balance risk, always keep some cash and no more than 25% on the risky punts !
GLA LTH as always no advice intended and do your own research !
