For reference Eleanor Fish is an advisor to Betterlife Pharma who are creating a similar inhaled treatment using Interferon-alpha.

Note she says IFN-B and not IFN-A is due to trial in USA. The only company with the patent for inhaled IFN-B is Synairgen. I suspect we have been given the green light for phase 3 trial.

Eleanor Fish (Professor of immunology at the University of Toronto) says a new clinical trial is set to start in weeks in the U.S. that will look at the effectiveness of IFN-B against the coronavirus. “If the results look very promising that certain individuals are doing very well, then they’ll do what’s called unblinding,” says Fish. Unblinding means that the people involved in the trial who have not received the drug will have access to it. Elanor says ewe should be stockpiling the drug asap.

Well RNS turned out better than expected TBH.

Trading was better than expected with the lower football, online sales are positive. Costs have been well managed and debt under control.

Still no CEO update but I am pleased this RNS wasnt armegeddon :)
