That is a really unknown paper written by an anonymous author. I do not see H.E. Barsbold's name in that article.

Reading that rns it would appear that Mr Cowley did not have the gold expertise required of the enlarge end company with the addition of the Gobi field:- Mr. Geoffrey Cowley has retired from the board to allow for the new technical director appointment with specific gold mine expertise. The company thanks Mr. Geoffrey Cowley for his service to the company and its shareholders and wish him well.

Looks like another extremely good appointment. Now would these highly qualified technical experts be joining a company that has no future. I think not. They are joining a company with a strong future. Watch this space.

I don't know how many times it has to be said, but the Company cannot make comment upon the listing process. Frustrating? Yes, very frustrating for everybody from SB, down through he BOD and shareholders inclusive. They need to get this one right as a template for the rest.

My guess is that there is not much point bringing it to the market since the price of oil has dropped from $120 to $ 30, plus major mining companies cutting back. IMHO.
