With all the share certificates being prepared for the European markets, means the 3 BoD's have confidence in their companies being listed. Makes you wonder if the UKLA understand the meaning of the word 'listing'. I reckon they think it is a nautical term. Too much tea drinking and not enough work ethic. Aimho.

Hi Jim, CICGwas not delisted by rhe LSE, but had to delist because of the large Gobi assey required a RTO because of the large Gobi asset. That was probably on the advice of the previous advisers. That were not retained by CICGold.Probably sacked. Because of incompetence. Aimho I would imagine that they chose to delist because of the time taken to relist by the tea- drinkers of the FCA. aimho my opinion being very humble compared with CEO of the advisers, VS A named after their leader. May I just correct some misleading posts. The UKLA is a Government Agency that comes under the FCA. It has nothing to do with the LSE, which is a private company. CICGold was a listed Company, therefore delisted from the LSE. We have some very good and experienced directors that, I am sure, are looking after our best, and their own, interests. In all 3 companies where we hold shares, and were looking to list on the London market. The UKLA, being a Government organisation will be, to my mind, imbued with the same tea-break mentality of all government organizations. Amino.

It is to our advantage to have a high gold price when we list (notwithstanding time lost already 😢). I keep reading of a figure of $5000/oz when the financial system eventually collapses in debt. Anyone with a reasonable holding in CICGold will be rich. Any dollar above production costs is pure profit. The RTZ mine adjacent to the Gobi prospect, mines gold as a byproduct of copper mining. Cost virtually zero. This is not opinion but fact.

It I should quite simply really. The UKLA have erected walls all around their activities. Therefore, the only thing that an update can say re the listing process is zilch, zero, nothing. Otherwise they will delay even further. The BOD, can say nothing to shareholders, no matter how many times you might call them, as I have found out. It is a waste of time and money. CICCapital did release an rns a few months ago re on-going business activities. We have 2 sets of highly qualified directors who are all working flat-out to get the companies listed/ relished. Frustrating to all concerned? Too right. Anyway, as they say, it will all come out in the wash.

Yes, it does seem a little confusing at first. Hi I see it as clearing the decks before listing on designated exchange. Then the Very valuable Gobi asset can be placed into CICGold. I cannot imagine it will take long now.

Special Share-holder meeting might be for the European Bourse listing.

I don't think so. Once the prospectus is stamped, they then have passport rights to a European Bourse. I believe that takes about 30 days once permission has been requested to the Bourse in question. I imagine that the prospectus might be near to completion, which is why this rns has come out. A sensible move in my opinion. Aimho.

I agree with both the previous posts.

How many times do you and other CICG shareholders have to be reminded that the company is unable to make any announcements during the listing process. The UKLA have almighty power during this process, and if the company were to make any comment, they would just delay the process further. I noticed that the PM stated at her briefing to the CBI, that she wanted the U.K. to be a country open for companies to do business and listings. I hope that this will filter down to the appropriate authorities.

Aymesco1, whilst I agree with everything that you say, my advice is do not ring them UKLA. They do not take kindly to private investors calling. There are times when I have felt like going to their offices and. Asking what the **** is going on?They will only delay the listing. They hold all the trump cards. What I cannot understand is how they claim to be protecting shareholders interests, yet costing shareholders money by not getting the company listed, as is their remit. My advice, call SB first before taking any action. Any dissatisfaction that we may have, I would suggest, should be taken up after listing is complete. Aimho.

Rnorth. They will never come back to AIM. The application for listings on the main market of all 3 companies still rests with the FCA. Now guess what is taking so long? Frustrating for all concerned? You bet.
