In fact, I will give you an example on how regulators work. My industry is Aviation. I have a licence that has to be regularly assessed and passed. The paper work goes to the CAA at Gatwick. Last time I went i it was same-day service. Brilliant. I walked in at 10:00 and out at 11:30. All signed and sealed. This time, I walked in at 10:00, and was told same-day service was stopped in November. There was a black box to drop your forms in. I did so and received an email later on 23 April, 20 days later, saying that one of the answers had not been completed. The answer was �more than 10�. That took 20 days. Previously, it would have been corrected on the same day. The new system did not make the process either swifter or more efficient. In fact it had been totally degraded.

I am fed up listening to all moaning that is going on regarding the relisting of the 3 companies. Are you blaming SB or the directors for the delays? Well don�t! The Companies are complying with all the regulations that are put forward from the regulators, without delays. They are dealing with government agencies, not recognised as being the fastest of Corporations at the best of times. I will tell you where the problem lies. Money-laundering. It lies with the Government agencies that have tightened up to cover any loose law or regulation than previously. I recently returned to the U.K. try getting a UK SIM card was like buying a house. It took ages, to sign a direct debit for �15 a month. So, please, stop harassing SB or the directors. As you say, they are just as frustrated with the slow progress, but they will get there eventually. Personally, I would have thrown the towel in ages ago, but why not encourage them on progress already obtained against unbelievably difficult odds. When it eventually happens we will, I hope, be rewarded for our patience, not because of the company but the regulations that will have been surmounted to arrive at a successful conclusion. Aimho

I see the bold chart moving up in a virtually straight line from 15 Decemberby about $80-90. However some of it can be attributed to US dollar weakness. It bodes well for all 3 CIC companies.

It will soon happen. Good news, gold is still on the up. Copper will soon be in short supply, I read. As the world moves from hydrocarbons, oil, gas and coal, copper will be in more demand.

Getting close to $1300/oz. I do not understand Bitcoins. I am sure when the next financial crisis appears, Bitcoin will crash, and gold will go up. Wtfdik. Unvrkw. Don't blame the company.

I don't know about the pound collapsing. I have friends and family in U.K. We are doing OK right now. Just a few cents more would be good. I get paid in euros.

I believe that CICFund will consist of 2 types of shares. A shares, which were our original holding, with voting rights. The B shares are separate from the A shares with no voting rights. We will only receive A shares, as far as I am aware. The Gold shares will amount to the same number as you held at time of delisting for the RTO of the Gobi asset. Putting that asset into the Gold company was obviously in the too difficult file for the UKLA. that, as far as I am aware is it. To recap, CICCapital and CICFund A shares will amount to the same number as the original holding. CICGold will be the same as the free shares you received, plus any you may have bought after listing.
