Once that paperwork between regulator and TSX is agreed, then, only after that can he ascertain if a sponsor is required. If they do not need a sponsor, as they are not Capital raising, then they should get the go-ahead for the listing. Also, in that message from SB, CICCapital will list with listed assets from the companies he has been working with under the CICCapital banner. CICCapital will already have cash assets. Maybe listing before Xmas?
