Once Greenfield starts on 01 July to restart the Petroteq machine, any sellers would not be doing the sensible thing any buyers will be doing the sensible thing.. aimho

Chesapeake are massive. The gap is opening up for Greenfield and Tomco in oil shale, to fill the gap.

Only 2 days before Greenfield start winding up the Petroteq plant and start producing clean oil.

Yes Vauch and the Greenfield platform can be partially funded by The Petroteq platform. I can’t see the point of reaching 550 bopd, without testing up 3,000 bopd.

Why don’t you read the JV rns. This is now being led by VALKOR, with an experienced and successful Chairman. They will build a plant producing 10,000 bopd, because that is why VALKOR need TOM’s leases, and the whole purpose of the JV.

I notice on Petroteq web-site that 300 bopd is break even, and that they can ramp up to 3,000 bopd. The plant works They have to check for security and just got to turn it on. Tom will receive 750 bopd From 3000 bopd at $40 pbo That is a mean $30,000 per day, hopefully in next 1-3 months (my guess). So, TOM becomes oil producer, receiving $900,000 ??r month. Got to be able to polish off the £1.5 million in no time at all, bearing in mind that the money is forward. Also no placing required.

I believe the BOD, because they have a great partner , and small overheads, waiting for oil and revenue stream to come on board, plus a strict nomad. Remembering that Petroteq produces almost pure oil, and they are paid in advance. Why not do some research instead of making fatuous remarks?

Not just good, excellent prospects. With the big plant operating at 5000 bopd to TOM, selling forward at $73 per bopd makes $125,000 per day, to TOM.. $1 million every 8 days. Not bad for a company with a current mcap of £3 MILLION. Concentrate on the fundamentals guys and gals.

The only point I was trying to make Kai ,was that within the rns’s there was room for TOM to manipulate and use some imagination to raise the money in any way other than a placing. That’s it.

Yes, I did imply that in my post reading from the rns. You cannot say that it won’t happen though. It was my opinion from the rns that it was all possible. I painted a possible scenario. I never said it would happen. Obviously your English comprehension is lacking.
